The diagnostic IS the pilot. It's a paid working session where you see how we work, get real value, and decide if you want to continue.
If you don't like it, you're only out €10K and you have a roadmap.
Mostly remote, with optional on-site kickoffs for larger builds. Most of our work happens in your tools (CRM, Slack, dashboards) so we're embedded even when remote.
For Complex Builds (€75K), we typically include one on-site week for kickoff.
We optimize your existing stack before recommending new tools. Most teams already have what they need - they just aren't using it right.
Yes, if you're on month-to-month. If you're on a 6-month commitment, we recommend adjusting hours down instead of pausing completely.
We define clear deliverables upfront based on the diagnostic. If scope changes during the build, we discuss options:
- Absorb minor changes (part of partnership)
- Adjust timeline if possible
- Quote additional work separately
We're transparent about what's in scope vs. out of scope from day one.
